There’s no doubt you can make a fortune out of a financial bubble if you get out at the right time.
Louis Henri de Bourbon, Prince of Condé, did just that and used the proceeds to build the largest stables in the world at Chantilly. Even though he was thought to be greedy, rude and stupid, he cashed out before it all came crashing down.
He was a winner from the Mississippi Bubble which bankrupted France. We had the South Seas bubble in the same year, 1720. Before that, there were Dutch tulips and since we’ve had railways and dot-com bubbles to name but two.
Surely the AI bubble is next. Don’t the astronomical numbers involved prove it?
To find out how it all turns to dust, read my novel 'Devil Money'. Nothing changes.
